    I ordered an Uber meal worth £ and zinger burger meal which `i ordered and have done so several times before. the chicken was a slither slice and not a proper burger for a £ meal. I just got the meal mins ago and tried to ring them Rickmansworth and nobody picks up. I wanted a refund!!!! all there is a a bun and a few bit of lettuce. I am fuming. Friday night and you can see when this review is written and Uber receipt. I wouldnt give them a minus for customer service. I expect them to contact me and give me my refund. Absolutely disgraceful.

The chicken was overcooked and dry, the fries were soggy, and the overall presentation was far from appetizing.Moreover, the staff's attitude towards addressing these issues was less than satisfactory. Instead of showing concern and attempting to resolve the situation, they seemed indifferent and uninterested.As a loyal customer, I expected better from KFC.     Don't ever eat in this KFC, their hygiene is an absolute mockery, their staff discipline is unheard of. For example, on the th of November I went to order some food for me, they told me to wait minutes for the food and when the food came to my table they didn't have the correct order. Unbelievable! Irresponsible! Idiots. I would advise everyone never to go consume food from such a unhygienic place.
